I had the opportunity to follow some of the market vendors as they tell the story behind their product.

Natascha, owner of Portabella, is one of the very few Dutch mushroom vendors that actually forages for wild mushrooms.

In this film, we follow her on one of her foraging trips, as she tells of her love for mushrooms, and the way her and the mushrooms and its environment are connected.
